Returns Policy — getwater.tech

Overview

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If a getwatertech system or accessory isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund — no restocking fee, and we cover return shipping.

What this covers

30-day return window from the date of delivery for systems and accessories.
Unused condition — products must be unused and in their original packaging. A system is considered used and non-returnable once water has run through it, since it can no longer be guaranteed sanitary. Systems that have been unpacked but never had water run through them remain returnable. Filter cartridges that have been installed or wet are also non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Proof of purchase — your order number or original receipt.

How to start a return

Email contact@getwater.tech with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
We'll email you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
Pack the system and accessories in the original box, attach the label, and drop it at any carrier location.
We process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Refund details

Refunds go back to your original payment method.
A full refund includes the product price and the original shipping you paid — there is no restocking fee and no return-shipping cost to you.
After we issue the refund, your bank may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.

Damaged or defective items

If your system arrives damaged or fails within the warranty period, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for shipping damage) or anytime during the warranty period (for defects). We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — see our Warranty page for coverage details.

Exclusions

Custom or made-to-order configurations are non-returnable except for defects.
Systems that have been used — i.e., water has been run through them.
Filter cartridges that have been installed or wet.
Items returned outside the 30-day window without prior approval.
